Derudover \u00f8ger yoga ogs\u00e5 vores koncentrationsevne og fokus, hvilket ogs\u00e5 er en evne, man bruger som rytter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bedre seng&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e5rlig seng og d\u00e5rlige sovestillinger er faktisk en hyppig grund til smerter i is\u00e6r ryg og nakke. L\u00e6gger man d\u00e5rligt, er der nemlig stor chance for, at man v\u00e5gner op med smerter i ryg og nakke, og smerten vil kun forv\u00e6rres, hvis ikke man finder kernen til problemet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er sengen kernen til problemet, er det en rigtig god ide at investere i en bedre seng. S\u00f8vn er netop ekstremt vigtigt. Der findes flere forskellige typer af elevationssenge, derfor er det en god ide at unders\u00f8ge de mange muligheder og modeller. Fordelen ved en elevationsseng er netop, at man kan enten h\u00e6ve ryggen eller sine ben. Ikke alle sover godt ved at ligge fuldst\u00e6ndig fladt. Har man ondt i benene kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en fordel at h\u00e6ve sine ben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan kan man lindrer disse smerter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der findes flere m\u00e5der at lindre ryg- og nakkesmerter p\u00e5. Har man voldsomme smerter er det vigtigt, at man faktisk undg\u00e5r at l\u00e6gge for meget ned. Her vil udstr\u00e6knings\u00f8velser af nakke og ryg v\u00e6re rigtig gode, dog uden man overbelaster kroppen, hvilket kun vil forv\u00e6rre smerterne.
